How does the regional matching work?

Send us a CSV with each employee's name, home state (or the city they call home) and delivery address. We match each person to the box from their home region. Everyone at the same tier pays the same price, whichever region they get.

What if someone's region isn't one of the ten?

They get our General box at the same tier, built on the same Paanch Din story. Tell us and we'll see if a closer regional box fits.

What's the last date to order for Diwali?

Order by 4 Nov for delivery by 7 Nov, ahead of Dhanteras and Lakshmi Puja (8 Nov). After that we send Bhai Dooj and post-Diwali thank-you boxes.

Do sweets travel across states?

Fresh sweets are made locally and travel only within their freshness window. Only non-perishables are shipped across states, so nothing arrives stale.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. 5% off on 50+ boxes and 10% off on 200+ boxes. Prices are per box, ex-GST.

Can we add our logo or a message?

Every box has a story card. Tell us what you'd like on it, and the Signature tier includes a personalised name card for each person.

Is the ViralNext feature really free?

Yes. Every company that orders gets the Diwali feature on Trends of India and Observing India and an Out Loud People interview slot, at no extra cost. You share your journey, we write and post it.
